April 5, 2018

Have you been doing crunches for some time and have not seen any result in your abdominal section? If your answer is yes, then this article is for you. If you want to have a ripped abdominal section, there are a lot of things you need to start and stop doing.

Many people have the notion that sit-ups and crunches are the most effective abs exercise, but that is not entirely true.

In this article, we are going to be looking at some easy core strengthening exercise. If you add the exercise that will be listed in this article into your abs workout routine, your abs are going to become more visible.

As mentioned earlier, there are certain things you need to start doing if you want your abdominal section to become defined. First, you have to sustain a caloric deficit. Second, you need to train your entire body. If you are able to do these two, your odds of success will be very high. That said, there are certain things you need to avoid in order to get more result from your hard work at the gym or home:

1.    Booze

Taking booze after working out is going to limit your results. What you should do, therefore, is to drink a lot of water and protein shakes.

2.    Not resting enough

Your muscles grow when you sleep. If you are serious about getting a six-pack, you have to sleep for at least six hours every day.

Next, we are going to be looking at some core exercises that are easy to perform, but yet effective. If you can take a small amount of Boss Peptides before or after your workout, you are likely going to see more results.

1. Planks

This is one of the most effective core exercises, but a lot of guys don't get any results from it because they don't do it very well. Planks can effectively create tension in your abs region while contracting the muscles that are there.

How to do it

First, you have to get into a push-up position, turn your hands upwards while ensuring that your thumbs are on the ground. Keep your back flat and squeeze your abs section. While doing this, try to breathe intentionally.

When to do it

You can do a plank after your warm up. You also have the option of doing it between sets of compound strength movement like dead-lifts, squats, and presses. Performing 4 or 3 set of planks lasting for ten seconds will effectively strengthen your core.

2. Bicycle crunch

This is another easy and effective core exercise. You don't need a bicycle to do this exercise. Follow the steps below to do a perfect bicycle crunch

Lay flat on the ground, with you lower ground pressed against the floor.

Put your hands on the side of your head. Be careful not yank or pull your head while you are performing the exercise.

Lift your other leg and bend your knee toward your upper body.

Repeat the process

Bicycle crunch is an excellent abs workout because it targets all the abdominal muscles, as well as the oblique. To get more out of this exercise, you have to ensure that your form is perfect. Many people who do hundreds of crunches do not see much result because their form is not perfect.

If you are new to bicycle crunches, you can modify it, to make it easier for yourself. Doing a bicycle crunch will not only improve your core region, but it will also improve the mobility of your hips.

3. Superman's

Superman's is another easy core exercise. It engages not only your abdominals, but also your back. If you just started exercising, you may not have back strength. Superman's is an excellent exercise that will not only strengthen your core, but also build your back muscles.

The procedure for this exercise is very simple and straightforward. All you have to do is to lift your legs and your arm above the ground (just like you are flying).

Keep your head still when performing this exercise to reduce the risk of you having an injury.

Final note

The abs are one of the most difficult parts of the body to work on. But if you add the exercise that is listed in this article to your routine, your abdominals are going to become more defined. Of course, there are other core exercises you can add to your workout routine. Do some research to find out about them.
